If no one is at home when our postmen attempt delivery, they will attempt a delivery to a neighbor in the local vicinity and leave your parcel with them. If you do not want your parcel left with a neighbor please inform us during the purchase of our products.

Delivery Schedules
All goods are delivered via our courier partner namely Parcel Force and Royal Mail and usually delivered to your address.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Bundle Of Organic cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Delays in Delivery
In the event of a delay in delivery, please note that Bundle Of Organic could not be liable for the courier’s fault. No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example, an item delivered through 24-hour service and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company.
Failed Delivery
If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but has not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with the courier company. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charges incurred.
