Return and Refund Policy

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 28 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Conditions: 

Bundle Of Organic will refund or replace any products if:

• They were purchased direct from us within the last 28 days
• They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in resalable condition
• They are returned with the original receipt

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Green People. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

We cannot accept returns purchased indirectly. These will need to be returned back to the retailer it was originally purchased from, following the retailer’s return procedures.

Cancellation Of Order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Bundle Of Organic 83 Bottle Kiln Rise, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 2WF United Kingdom in their original packing and in their original condition.

Refunds: 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.

Late or missing refunds

• • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
